Flexi Biogas Technology eliminates the need for construction, making clean cooking energy simple and accessible. Our prefabricated domestic biogas systems are installed in as little as three hours and begin producing usable gas within days.
You don’t need to own livestock. Flexi Biogas systems run on any biodegradable waste, including animal dung, kitchen and food waste, garden weeds, and market refuse. A 20 kg bucket of organic waste can produce enough biogas to meet the daily cooking needs of a 6–8 person household.
This performance is made possible by the technology’s exceptional efficiency — requiring only one-fifth of the feedstock used by conventional biogas systems to produce the same amount of gas.

Flexi Biogas runs on all biodegradable materials. Higher-calorific feedstock produces larger volumes of gas, giving users flexibility and reliability.

FlexiTech employs True Cross-Flow fermentation, ensuring that all feedstock is fully digested before exiting the system. This captures 100% of biogas potential, making it one of the greenest domestic biogas designs available.
5. Quick Start-Up
After installation, the system produces usable gas within 3–5 days and typically reaches full production within 7–14 days.
