Large-Capacity Biogas for High-Demand Applications
T-REX Technology Systems are advanced, large-capacity biogas plants designed for facilities with high energy and waste-management demands. Ideal for farms, schools, universities, children’s homes, hotels, markets, and institutions, T-REX systems efficiently convert organic waste into clean biogas and nutrient-rich organic fertilizer.
Beyond energy production, T-REX systems function as complete organic waste management solutions, making them suitable for municipal markets, agro-processing facilities, and centralized waste handling sites.
Built with a modular and scalable design, T-REX plants can be expanded to match growing energy needs, offering long-term flexibility and performance.
How T-REX Technology Works
T-REX systems are based on a longitudinal “True Cross-Flow” fermentation methodology, sometimes referred to as a continuous batch-flow system.
All feedstock introduced at the inlet is forced to travel the entire length of the digester, ensuring a minimum retention period of 25–40 days. This guarantees complete digestion of organic material and maximum biogas extraction.
By the time material exits the system, it has released its full energy potential and overflows as a ready-to-use organic fertiliser and natural pest repellent.
Unlike conventional biogas plants, T-REX systems run on any biodegradable material, not just animal manure — offering unmatched flexibility in feedstock selection.
Simple, Operator-Friendly Design
Every T-REX system is designed with the operator in mind.
Operation is simple:
- Feed organic waste at the inlet
- Turn the agitation wheel once or twice
- The system automatically manages digestion and gas production
Biogas is piped directly to the point of use, while liquid bio-fertiliser overflows naturally into a collection tank — requiring minimal supervision and maintenance.
Overview
The T-Rex digesters are highly efficient large capacity systems with high gas production designed for Farms, Children's homes, Universities & institutions, Schools, Hotels and anywhere with a high-energy demand.
The systems are also designed as waste management devices for market places, municipal waste management etc.
